How do I order a commissioned project?

Do you offer installment payment plans?

  • Currently I do not offer payment plans through my website; I may do so in the future for larger scale works for sale on my website. On certain commissioned projects, I require 25-50% of the payment upfront, and the remainder is due upon completion of the project.

What is your return policy?

  • Due to the nature of my products, I do not offer returns on any works of art, custom shoes, or bags. If you receive a work of art (print, canvas painting, custom shoes, bags, etc.) that has been damaged during shipping and you have legitimate proof this damage occurred during transit/delivery, I will happily refund your purchase or replace the item (if possible - not for original artwork). Store credit and exchanges are available for apparel and accessory purchases. Please contact me via email for these types of refund transactions.

What shipping options do you offer?

  • All artwork, prints, custom items, and stickers/decals are shipped directly from my studio via UPS. Once an item is shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number. All artwork is insured for the full value of the work.
  • Apparel is drop-shipped directly from my printing company and you will receive a separate tracking number for those items.

Do you accept wholesale purchases from corporate art consultants, interior designers and/or real estate agents?

  • Yes, all original works come with a signed and dated certificate of authenticity.
